Intervals

Interval training consists of alternating periods of high intensity activity and low-intensity activity or a period of rest.

You can use any of the following equipment by themselves or in combination.

  1. Sled
  2. The Trainer
  3. Battle Ropes
  4. Tire Flips
  5. Sledge Hammer
  6. Farmers Walk/Carry

Begin with 1 minute with 3-4 minutes rest down to as little at 12 sec on and 12 sec rest depending on intensity. Talk test should be best gauge exertion to begin with. You can use a Heart rate Monitor and record heart rate results and looking at recovery times but be safe and start slow.
